The Montgomery County Highway Department's new facility was designed to fit their rapidly growing needs. The project includes an admin building placed at the front of their existing location and replacing their existing building with a large maintenance facility to support them now and as the demands of the county increase. The admin building includes several office spaces, conference rooms, and breakrooms to support their staff and the public. The maintenance building includes 12 bays, various support spaces including offices & storage spaces, and all of the equipment needed to maintain their vehicles. Construction is nearing completion. The work has been phased in a way to keep the highway department fully operational as the work was completed.
