The Millan Center is a mixed-use, multi-family development currently in design and envisioned as a significant addition to downtown Clarksville’s urban fabric. Planned as a large-scale, ten-story project, the development brings together residential, commercial, and office uses in a cohesive architectural composition intended to support both daily activity and long-term downtown growth.
The project is organized to integrate approximately 111 residential units with ground-level commercial and office space, structured parking, and a series of resident-focused amenities. Housing types are planned to include studios, one- and two-bedroom units, and multi-story lofts, creating a diverse residential environment within a dense urban setting. Shared amenities, including fitness, gathering, and rooftop outdoor spaces, are intended to enhance the residential experience while taking advantage of views toward the Cumberland River and downtown.
Future phases of the development are planned to include additional commercial space and townhomes, further extending the project’s mixed-use character and reinforcing its role in the continued evolution of downtown Clarksville.
